Gram's Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

1-1/4cps. Whey Brown Sugar(or regular brown sugar)~~3/4cp. coconut oil(Or butter)~~2 T. milk~~1T. vanilla~~1 large egg~~1-3/4cps sprouted white wheat flour(or all purpose flour)~~dash of salt~~3/4t.baking soda~~2t. cinnamon~~1-12 oz. pkg. of dark chocolate chips(or semi sweet chocolate chips)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cover baking pans with parchment paper.
Combine brown sugar, coconut oil, milk, & vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer till light and fluffy. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon & soda. Mix into the creamed mixture till just blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared pans about 3" apart. Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool on pans 1 minute then completely cool on racks. Makes about 2-1/2 dozen cookies
